1. Registration
All information provided must be accurate. Duplicate registrations are not permitted.
2. Payment
The registration fee of KES 200 is non-refundable once payment is confirmed via M-Pesa.
3. Ticket
Your ticket is personal and non-transferable. Present your QR code at the event entrance for check-in.
4. Photography & Media
The event may be photographed and recorded. By attending, you consent to being included in event media unless you notify us in advance.
5. Privacy
Your personal information is used solely for event management and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
6. Code of Conduct
All attendees must conduct themselves respectfully. Violators may be removed without refund.
7. Changes
The organizers reserve the right to modify the programme. Registered attendees will be notified of major changes.
